Hi,

I am Juan Delgado, I hold a PhD in Mathematical Biology from the University of Aberdeen. I completed my PhD as a Marie Curie European student placed with AstraZeneca in Cambridge, UK. I concentrated most of my efforts in developing techniques for PKPD-Efficacy in translational oncology. I then worked for GSK and two start ups in the pharma preclinical research (Fuel3D) and commercial spaces (Aktana). Over the years, I have worked with a variety of modelling and machine learning techniques, as well as cloud operation and production architectures. I have lead teams to build end-to-end machine learning pipelines and web applications, including API microservices for a variety of clients in the marketing space whilst working at Wunderman Thompson as a Director of Data Science.

As a curious fact, the flagship product of Fuel3D (BioVolume) came from chapter two of my PhD thesis. I lead the development, launch and the analytics side of the customer relations at its infancy.

I have also published a few papers over the years, have a look: https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Juan-Delgado-San-Martin
